Nawab Furqan Khan, President of the Pakistan Mas-Wrestling Federation, had the honor of meeting with H.E. Kylychbek Sultan, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Pakistan, today in Islamabad.
The discussions focused on the preparations for the 6th World Nomad Games and the 9th National Mas-Wrestling Championship, scheduled to take place in Lahore. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations through traditional sports and cultural exchange.

Alongside President Nawab Furqan Khan, the delegation included:
- Saad Rajput, World Champion in Mas-Wrestling
- Arshaq Naeem, Representative of Horseback Archery
- Muhammad Nawaz, Representative of Tug of War
Speaking on the occasion, President Nawab Furqan Khan said:
“Traditional sports like Mas-Wrestling, Tug of War, and Horseback Archery not only showcase our heritage but also serve as a bridge of friendship between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan. Through these platforms, we will continue to promote cultural understanding and unity between our nations.”
The meeting marked an important step in further cementing the sports and cultural partnership between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan.
